Company Structure.
Our Mortgage department provides advice to individuals and businesses on all aspects of Commercial and Residential borrowing to fund house purchase, re-mortgages, capital raising, cash flow and business expansion. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Meanwhile, our General Insurance department ensures that our clients have access to the most competitive products in Motor, Buildings and Contents, Commercial, Travel. In fact, if it's worth having or doing, we will insure it.
As with most things financial, independence is the key. You need the product that is best for you, not the one that suits the adviser or provider. Let us do your "shopping around" for you.
We usually charge a small brokers fee (£5 for general insurance, £0 - £80 for mortgages). In addition we receive commission from the chosen provider.
The Financial Services Department provides advice to both individuals and companies on all aspects of financial planning, through a long term approach of fully understanding our clients` current needs, wants and aspirations and then prioritising objectives.
Because we are fully independent, our clients benefit from our being able to offer advice on the broadest range of products and services. Whether it be for investment advice, retirement planning, inheritance tax planning or simply reducing costs, we have many years experience in finding the most suitable solution for our clients` current needs.
We provide advice and help following a personal / business financial review which can take place at a convenient time and place. Usually a review will start with a very broad discussion of your concerns and aspirations, before moving on to a thorough financial review.
Following your "FREE" initial review, we will take time to consider your current situation, needs and priorities before writing a detailed financial report. We will discuss this face to face in a follow up meeting in which we'll fully explain our recommendations and agree affordable priorities to assist you in achieving your objectives.
This part of our business is entirely Fee based. This means that we charge an hourly fee for our services and any commission generated is payable to the client. For further details see "Our Charging Structure Explained" and our "Fee Agreement".
